"After working with a smaller insurance agency thinking that I was going to get a more affordable rate only to realize the only thing that was less was the service and professionalism I decided to go with State Farm who I have had in the past. The cost was same if not a bit cheaper with State Farm, but what had been leaps and bounds above the smaller agency and even the previous State Farm Agent I had in the past is that with this office I really do feel the difference! They truly are living the slogan of “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there” because they really have been there right out the gate. Thank you Kevin, and Barri, you guys have been the BEST!"

"These people scammed me out of hundreds of dollars. I asked to be taken off of my ex’s policy and so did she on SEPARATE occasions! 3 separate calls were made to ensure that happened and to remove my card from the autopay. They never did any of that and BERRY confirmed with us that he would do it. When we addressed the concern and wanted our money back they said they wouldn’t do it. Scam practices and scam behavior. Absolutely shameful Edit: (in response to your reply) Kevin, this is not an “inconvenience”. When you get robbed out of hundreds on dollars it’s more than inconvenient. Your office should be ashamed. There’s no policy that makes up for doing that to anyone."
